William Alexander Culinaire

focuses on events that are prepared and presented in the client's residence.  We offer a full array of culinary experiences specializing in classical and provencal French.

Events are based on consultation with the client to determine the focus of the event (business, social, celebration, etc..).  A preliminary menu including wine selections is developed in accordance with the client's preferences and offered for approval.  From the approved menu, a plating guide and order of service are developed.

What we offer is the ability for our clients to entertain their guests with a dinner especially designed for them, served in the comfort of their home and executed by their personal chef.

We also offer a cooking class option where the clients and their guests watch the preparation of each course of the dinner.  This option comes with a complete menu recipe collection and of course all questions are answered during the preparation.
